This dealership's service department doesn't know the first thing about "service", be it completing a vehicle service correctly or customer service. We scheduled to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced as well as an alignment done on our vehicle on January 13th and were told that the alignment couldn't be completed due to a cracked coil spring which the technician was afraid would break if adjusted. We were still charged the full price for a partially completed alignment. They adjusted the front toe only on a 4wd alignment.... read more

We don't like anyone to be dissatisfied with their experience at our dealership, whether it is on the service side or sales side. After speaking with Brad, and also the service advisor that assisted you on 1/13, we learned that this 2003 Trailblazer is under your boyfriend's name in our system. Who also happened to be a technician here for quite some time. The technicians always start with the front wheels on a four wheel alignment. As you note yourself, the alignment could not be completed on the rear wheels because the tec... read more
I bought a 2015 Certified Pre Owned Honda Fit at Honda North. The passenger door handle did not work properly at the time of purchase - meaning the CPO review was not properly completed. Since then, the vehicle has stranded me by refusing to start on 4 separate occasions, leading to my having to regularly have it towed back to Honda North at my expense for them to tell me they cannot replicate the issue and will complete no work. It was stated to me that the warranty covered tows, and it will - to the closest possible ser... read more
Business response:
Lori. I am incredibly sorry to hear of your frustration. I understand why and it sounds like our guys are equally as frustrated in not being able to replicate the issue that you are experiencing. Please know that we do stand behind the vehicle completely and will take as much time needed to resolve the issue. My understanding is that when you replaced the battery at Goodyear, they told you that you had a bad battery sensor. We tested the battery, the sensor, alternator, and the starter and found no faults. We also ran... read more
start being honest instead of lying to customers
Business response:
Pam. I need to ask you to enlighten me please as to what this is all about. I have no record of you being in the dealership in either Sales or Service. Your statement is a bit vague and i would like to understand. Please call me at 724-482-5912, or palmiero@gmail.com. Thank you. Jon
I was scheduled for a state inspection at 2 pm. I went asking what was taking so long at 3:45. 2 hours is way to long for a inspection!
Business response:
Debbie. I am very sorry that it took so long. We had a great deal of walk-ins today and were not staffed properly for it. We sincerely apologize that it took longer than it should have.
HORRIBLE experiences all around at this joke of a dealership. Bought a CRV 3 years ago and it is having known transmission issues with the torque converter and they keep having me bring it in and claim it’s not acting up for them (I put 19k miles on the vehicle in the short 3 years of owning it). The joke of a service manager literally sent a mechanic home to their personal residence with my vehicle without my authorization! When my husband came to pick up the car it had no gas (went in with full tank) 182 miles on it and th... read more

Kayla. I do truly apologize that we were unable to get the vehicle to act up while in our care. The technician who was working on it is a Honda Master tech and was unable to get the issue to replicate. Our Service Manager who you spoke to, Scott McClellan, did tell you that we would be driving the vehicle off-premise to diagnose. We cannot successfully diagnose issues in many or most cases without driving them. I spoke to him again this morning and he remembers the conversation well. I’m sorry that you are so dissatis... read more
I was treated very poorly by the service department, managers, and even the owner, Mr. Neff, himself. Instead of going into detail here...I will take my complaint to the better business bureau. I will say we all make mistakes. Own up to them. And correct them. Don’t lie to your customers about what you’ll do to make it up, with no follow through. I Bought a car, recently, from Kelly Cheverolet. Was treated with kindness. And respect. It was night and day from Honda North. Honda North...and Mr. Neff, you should be ashamed.
By actually working with their customers instead of crunching numbers and trying to make a sale. My mother has been there three times now and upon today's trip wasn't even allowed to look at/test drive anything before numbers were crunched. Very disappointing as I been nothing but an huge honda enthusiast, finally convince my mom to at least look at one and can't ever get a test drive. We will take our business elsewhere.
This place is a joke. Their prices are so expensive, and every time that i went there to get standard maintenance done, i got my car back only to find that they only did partial of the work. So i would have to take the car back to them, tell them what they missed/didnt do correctly, and only then did they do the job they were supposed to do. Ive heard of similar things happening to people in the last year. I havent been to Honda North in a few years, and i dont ever intend to.
I unfortunately bought a car there. Bought an extended warranty. I needed a repair, they told me it would be covered. I scheduled my repair they did it & then told me it was not covered under warranty. I could have had it done at my local mechanic for 1/2 the price. They are scammers!
Business response:
Syvil. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your visit and that your warranty did not cover that particular window repair. If it was a window motor or a window regulator, it would have been covered but in this case, a bolt that was loose was not a covered item. Unfortunately, we do not have any say in what is and is not covered. It is up to the warranty company often depending on the level of warranty that was purchased. Our Service Advisors do not assume that an issue is going to be covered until we call it in ... read more
