My husband saved for years and years to purchase his dream car upon retiring from the military. We "thought" Honda North was a reliable dealership but should have known better when the salesperson was so ignorant on the details of the vehicle. He assured us that the car was under warranty as is with modifications and after purchase, would be put in contact with any and all shops/owner that had owned or modified the car. I've been looking for a specific car / color combo and found it at Honda North. The salesman Kevin backed the car into a pole on their lot after my first test drive, denting the rear quarter panel. They wouldn't budge on price but agreed to fix the damage to "like new condition" if I bought it. He said they wanted to order a specific dent puller and if they couldn't fix it right they'd take it to a professional body shop. salesman was more concerned about what I was going to rate him on survey. never sent money promised to person that referred me to the dealership. did get decent deal on vehicle but all in all felt pressured and rushed. won't be back
Terrible service department....doesn't matter what you take your car in for you will be told that you that need $300 - $500 service done to your car. While sitting in the waiting room I watched every person be approached & told their car needed something. Sometimes they even bring out the filters etc to show you they need fixed...are they really from your car? Who knows noone can see into the garage to know what is going on! Will not be going back!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! UPCHARGED US TO THE POINT WE CAN'T AFFORD THEM! Started out with only 200 dollar fix and now they have called 2 different times to add more items to what needs fixed after they ripped the e-brake system off and said it was our fault! We will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!
Drove 3 hours to pick up my used 2008 VW R32, was told they couldn't accept my "out of state pre approval for a loan" from an accredited credit union, so I had to use their banks. I was more than accommodating with this, as I was 3 hours from home picking up my dream car for the last 5 years, even though the terms were not as good as my credit union approval. I will never take my Honda to this dealership again for recall work. Maybe they are nicer to you if you buy from them? but I guess I'll never know because I'll never go back to them for anything
I would LOVE to give this company 0 stars. A good friend of mine was treated poorly...she was in desperate need of a car...but they didn't care. And her family is co owners of Honda North. She wrote a review and they deleted it. Such a sad company. God Bless whoever goes there.
