Service department worker Kelly is rude and unprofessional. Save time and aggravation and take your car to a different Honda dealership. Edit- sales department is great, service not so much.

I would have in the past but this last experience with Honda North was the worse I experienced in 20 +years. Not my fault you don’t have the techs and are trying to keep the same schedule. My appointment was at 9:00 am and I never got a call from Honda North until after 4:00. And then had to leave my car and then couldn’t even provide me with a rental. Within the last 2 years I’ve taken my car there for checkup and service and every single time I’ve had to take it back! On one occasion last year I picked up my car after they did some “recommended” replacements; my car lost power to the steering wheel and I had to be towed by AAA! Next day they told me the serpentine belt was not properly connected! This year I’ve spent over $5,000.00! My car still creaks!
This dealer is a joke they won’t work or flex on the price at all and there very rude was already pre approved for the loan had check in hand etc they wouldn’t budge on the price so I took my business else where and bought the same suv with lower miles for the price I offered them !!!

We certainly understand the supply/ demand issue and wish that we could get more of them. 2018 and 2019 Used Type R's are now selling in the mid $40k's wholesale at auction. with around 10k miles on them. Honda North service has really let me down. I have had to make three phone calls to try and get an issue addressed as no one seems to be able to return my phone call. I am still waiting for a service manager to call me back to address the issue. Very frustrating that you ask me to rate you a five after every service interaction and tell me to call if there is an issue, yet when there is an issue and I call the service representative to discuss, there is no sense of urgency or solution provided. This dealership's service department doesn't know the first thing about "service", be it completing a vehicle service correctly or customer service. We scheduled to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced as well as an alignment done on our vehicle on January 13th and were told that the alignment couldn't be completed due to a cracked coil spring which the technician was afraid would break if adjusted. I bought a 2015 Certified Pre Owned Honda Fit at Honda North. The passenger door handle did not work properly at the time of purchase - meaning the CPO review was not properly completed. Since then, the vehicle has stranded me by refusing to start on 4 separate occasions, leading to my having to regularly have it towed back to Honda North at my expense for them to tell me they cannot replicate the issue and will complete no work.
