Two reasons - trade in and bought used car experience We traded in our other car - sales team wouldn’t budge on trade in price stating the dash was unreadable in direct sunlight and there was a small rock crack in windshield. 🙄 We did our homework and knew the car was worth more but they wouldn’t compromise.
