I have yet to have an amazing experience with this dealership. Purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot Touring in October 2023. There was nothing stellar about the sale and I probably should have walked away then. I read several reviews about how people were so pleased with the buying process. Horrible customer service experience! Two reasons - trade in and bought used car experience We traded in our other car - sales team wouldn’t budge on trade in price stating the dash was unreadable in direct sunlight and there was a small rock crack in windshield. 🙄 We did our homework and knew the car was worth more but they wouldn’t compromise.
