I came in over the weekend for a basic oil change and had an opportunity to speak with a very well imforfamtive associate there by the name of D'Andre Middlebrook. He was very polite, courteous and he provided me with direct and clear answers to my questions. He wasn't overbearing, unlike others that I have had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with, he was very complaisant. Overall, it was a great 1st time experience with Honda of Downtown. Thank you for the great customer service !!

Mike and Eric were absolutely fantastic. This was my first car so it was a huge thing for me. Mike made sure that everything was going smooth and indeed they did meet my expectations. It was late Sunday night , and even after there closing hours both Mike and Eric were extremely calm and composed , and helped me in every possible way to get me the quote that I had in my mind. This is by far one of the friendliest places. My friend told me about this Honda dealership. So I called to schedule an appointment. But before I scheduled it I had a few questions about their services and prices. I spoke to a lady by the name of Yessi. She answered all of my questions and assured me that when I came in i would be taken care of. When I came in I was greeted by very nice people. And my service advisor was extremely helpful. For a first time customer at a Honda dealership service was superb, I had an appointment at 7:30am and my appointment was on time ! I've had my Civic serviced at HDTLA for over 5 years now. The staff is always friendly and professional. If you bring in your car for service ask for Juan Salazar. He's a good honest guy, he'll go out of is way to get you great service and will take care of any concerns you may have until you're completely satisfied.
