I went on Saturday to buy my first brand new car and I had a great experience. Everybody was so nice especially Mike he is a jokester. He was informative and looked out for my best interest :)
I went here for an oil change and everyone was very friendly and efficient. I was out in no time! Camisha called to follow up and was very nice. The price was a little steep for an oil change, but I am happy with the service I got.
The five stars are for the Service Department here!!! D'Andre in Service is wonderful. He is one of the rare individuals who simultaneously conveys tremendous professionalism and tremendous personality. I have been taking my Honda to HDTLA for over a year now and although the service is great I have ran into a couple of concerns with a certain Advisor. Gladys has always been there to give me some understanding and my concern then disappears, she is a true example of "Loving to Serve others." Godwin and Juan Salazar are also great. The best people and dealership in town! Everyone was amazing, starting with online service, sales people, financial office, owner, they even had a live music. First time I was buying here and definitely will do the same thing all over again. Sailyn Cruz was the most attentive sales person I ever met, he made everything possible. Thank you!
Honda of Downtown LA has been very helpful with all my service needs. I even purchased 2 cars from them recently. The service director Godwin Tsui and Jae the service exec was very helpful and was very knowledgeable as they were able to meet my needs. My car was completed as promised and the car was washed for free! I will definitely go back to them to purchase or for service again.
I have given Honda of Downtown L.A. overall a 5 because Norma, Mike, and Albert were all very professional, considerate, took an interest in my requests and needs. But most of all importance, their straightforwardness and honesty made my choice clear.

Juan Salazar went above and beyond to help remedy my car issues--even though I had to come back to the dealership due to the wrong part being delivered I was still satisfied with the level of service I received. As mentioned to several staff members, I live very close to Cerritos Auto Square and have dealt with Long Beach Honda and because of the excellent service I have always received from this dealership I prefer to make the drive downtown.
