I had a great experience at this place even though it took some time the wait was worth what I left with...I got a brand new 2013 honda civic hybrid and I absolutely love it.

I called to set up on appointment and spoke to Yessi. She was great and friendly! She set up my appointment for an oil change. When I got there they took good care of me. I didn't have to wait long. Juan was great and he answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgable. Definitely going back.

I purchased Honda CRV 2013 for my mom. My fiance and I had a great experience at Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. I went to so many Honda dealerships in San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles areas. However, this place is the best and the place where I can trust the most. Sales person named Classic was very friendly and honest. Also, Albert who is a finance manager helped me a lot to save my money. I have went to so many dealerships, but this place is the best place for purchasing a Honda. Highly Recommended!!

It's my first time to buy a car, so I was a little nervous when I went to the store. But I had a great experience in Honda of Downtown LA with Mike. Mike was friendly and easy going, he recommended a used car for me according to my budget and requirements. He answered all questions I had professionally and patiently. Overall service is great here. They're efficient, timely, as well as polite and courteous. Despite how busy it gets there, the staff seems to know how to manage it all. Gotta love the manager, Godwin. He goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with the service every time.

I had a great experience, this was the first time visiting this dealer and I have to say, great customer service. Everybody was really nice. The dealer didn't have the car and color I wanted but the Sales person, Sailyn was able to get it within a couple of hours.
