Purchased a 2012 Honda Fit, Sport, Manual from Honda of Downtown LA on 12/30/2011. Requested a quote online and received one within a few days (this was during the Christmas/New Years week). Stephanie contacted me and worked with me on a price. Paid $17, 375 (ex: tax/lic). This was a fair price. Made an appointment to meet at dealer to process docs and purchase car. Buying a car can be quite overwhelming however, Celebrity Honda in Downtown Los Angeles has a way of easing the pressures of this experience. The sales/finance staff is genuinely helpful and not at all aggressive and pushy as many can be. By the time I left the dealership, half the staff knew me on a first name basis! Just in case you're in the market for a new/used vehicle, I would strongly encourage you to purchase/lease from Celebrity Honda. -A-
Long wait time to patch a tire. 3 hours! They didn’t replace the tire valve caps. I had to mention it twice.
Poor customer service. Purchased used car cash for $59,000 and found out that car had been painted. Paint is now peeling. Confronted used car manager and was told that they don’t inspect paint job when buying a car. What a joke! I wanted dealership to fix it but was told that I would have to pay for it myself. On top of that, they had replaced car with new battery but failed to clean terminals before replacing. Terminals were corroded from the battery acid. Car did not want to start. showed up for my appointment on time, still had to wait 40min, was given attitude by the representative, notes on the service were not taken into account
I am saddened to see such great reviews, because that is not the service that I received. I told Daniel I was there to trade in my car and purchase a new one and that I had a cash offer from Kelly Blue Book. He began by running my credit without giving me an amount for my trade in (Which I will admit is my fault, I should have said no). Then, he offered me $2,500 less than my original cash offer without looking at my car and when I informed him that the Honda Dealership in Valencia was willing to give me the full cash offer ... read more
Had to wait 5 hrs. for just an oil change and when I went to the counter and ask about the status they said it was already done but forgot to call me, Edwin didn’t even apologize. The repair time and the customer service needs to change.
