I had to wait longer than usual even though I had an appointment. The dealership has vacuumed out my car on previous visit, but not this time.

5 months ago I took my car in for an oil change and responded to a survey. I answered the questions honestly not thinking much of it. Then, I get a call from management inquiring about my feedback. I returned for another oil change yesterday and noticed that the information I provided was actually used to make my experience greater than before.
