The sales person was helpful but he let me to believe I wasn’t qualified for a lease just so I would purchase a vehicle. However the finance manager was not very helpful and also slipped some dealer ad ons in the contract but wasn’t told that it would cost me extra for it which later I mentioned and wasn’t very helpful. I later got a refund for some items in the contract such as extended warranty and such but wasn’t that simple since he was hesitant to help me even though I wasn’t aware of it. Which led me to believe he was ... read more

They only offer me to do a complete transmission swap on my 1.5 accord. Said my warranty was voided and that the transmission had any big hit on it. They didn't even try to a different route, upfront 7700 dollars. A month later I went to a different mecanic said my transmission is in excellent working order there was a tiny scratch on the cartridge, oilpan. What a rip off of Honda DTLA. The process needs to be streamlined. Customers should not have to walk from service area to cashier to pay. Bring customers Final receipt to cashier, so customer only waits once.

But all day long I didn’t hear a beep from service on what’s happening. It was 3pm and was worrying because I was about to get off work and didn’t know if my car was ready, I work far so t decided to call myself to plan my drive and get there on time. 1st time they could find service rep and told me he will call me back, never happened. 2nd time More than 30 min later I had to reach him myself.... read more

The spark plugs dont feel like they help because the engine doesnt feel strong with the new spark plugs it feels weak on ignition. So i dont really know if they switched them because the car feels the same. They charged me a lot for this service too. They charged me about $310. I dont really know if they did the service because i wasnt able to see the serice being performed on the vehicle.

Unprofessional staff, specifically Deon. He was rude and did not let me know any updates on my car, I had to call and later found out it had not been worked on until 45 mins before closing time.
