I arrived around four in the afternoon and a very kind young man attended me but he gave me advice. And I waited almost until five in the afternoon. I had to push my own car because there was no one to help us. I had to call the next day at 11 in the morning my brother until three in the afternoon to tell me the diagnosis Terrible customer service
Never answered when I called or texted. Never get back to me even though I left miss calls and messages several times. The car arrival was delayed about four times. They never let me know even after the promised time.
The only reason I don’t give them 1 star is because of the awesome service techs Henry and Stephen who were very friendly and great in dealing with things out of their control. Poor customer service from management who asked I pay for two lug nuts they broke during my tire rotation. I paid $115.36 fair price for service they couldn’t cover $7.98 for an incident I had no control over. Definitely will find new dealer when visiting CA. Es la cuarta vez que llevo mi auto a servicio y solo 2 veces e venido convencida con el servicio al cliente y esta es una de ellas.

Was very dissatisfied with the service representative the manager Dave was great however very dissatisfied but the service after I got something done to my car which was rack and pinion got a loan to pay it and now they tell me is the head gasket that should have been the first thing very dissatisfied customer
Customer service was lacking. Took over a week to set up a car detail/cleaning appt. Went to the appt only to be told that the wrong type of appt was made and I had to reschedule. It was a waste of time and missed work for nothing. I have also not received the email to set up my car security system. Will not be going back to that dealer for future purchases.
Still waiting on my vehicle due 5/19 and a call back from Quincy, Internet sales manager. Don’t e mail and ask “how you can help?”, if you don’t intend on getting back to me like you promised…. I got mixed messages yesterday, one stating on ship still and another that it’s at the dealer. (Only AFTER leaving a Google review, not because they wanted to inform me of car ready)I asked to be taken off the list, since not purchasing from this dealer. Yet they sent me a survey today 6/1 so I gave my review as requested..
unfortunately, I went in for a second detailing after the first detailing was unsatisfactory. Upon inspection of my car chips and scratches on the outside but a tear on the carpet under where the backseat is lifted all found on the car after the second detailing.
