I was at the service center for 7 hours. My car was done around hour 5 and it took 2 hours for me to leave. My service helper went home and forgot to give me my car, unbeknownst to me while I sat waiting on the waiting room. I will never return.
The people are great, but their policies really need more improvement. Had some issues with them.
They ask to wash car and yet they didn't do it. Long wait time.
Service department great specially Heike Sales department no integrity or ownership of work 3rd car I lease with dealership now their telling me my oil change is not covered spoke to sales rep that did upgrade for me roger he denied helping me said he was going to look into matter never did surprised when I came back to follow up on matter I have a “platinum care package” that I’ve been trying to remove from my account but no one wants to help me have spoken to several employees about this and they just give me the run aroun... read more

So pushy to buy service cover. Did not explain the monthly payment break down until I ask. Service will affect customer trust.
I was told one time then it switched to another and then to what the paper said. I didn’t mind waiting but it’s not cool if u tell someone one time then another then another. Only person that helped me and made sure they brought my car back was me stephon c
