Our experience from check-in to check-out was exceptional. Our Service Advisor Erica Gillespie was very welcoming and quite attentive to our needs, especially with helping us to sync our phones with the GPS system. All issues were completely resolved. Our Shuttle Driver Gary Calton was prompt, courteous and friendly. In addition, he was prompt in our delivery and return pick-up, as always. All repairs were made in a timely manner and our vehicle runs very efficiently.
