Was excited to try the new "chicken spot " that is all the rave on Social media- the chicken was decent- was little disappointed because my husband and I asked for regular with honey on the side- only to drive 40 minutes back home to see our chicken was SATURATED IN HONEY- my husband was really disappointed after a 70.0 tab for 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides and a kale salad- YES AN ENTIRE GROCERY BILL- we tried it

Yesterday afternoon I went to honeymoon chicken. Their dipping sauce is the best and their service is amazing. It was my pleasure to go there I was hungry and was helped by Irvin he explained all the menu to me and my husband. Great food and great service loved it.

My first time at here (January 2023) my experience was mediocre at best. That time I got a hot honey margarita, 3 pc (mixed/original honey dusted) with honeymoon brussel sprouts, and crispy chicken bites with a side of hot honey dipped sauce. Door dash delivery! Eating my Brussels sprouts and chicken with roll and comeback sauce with tears in my eyes because I know the last bite is coming! OMG delish! This chicken is gonna make me drive from Accokeek for a fix!!!

First timer and boy let me tell you they were crowded, the people say they are always crowded. I met people their that have driven from New York to come here. The restaurant is definitely too small for the number of people that come there daily. They do take reservations, but you can also walk in the wait. It may be a little longer to get seated. The food was ok. I don't care for big chicken wings, and they have them. The honey dinner rolls was the bomb. Plan to ne patient when coming here, but definitely check them out.

I got it. I tried it and rated it 1-10! Not even going to lie, this is probably one of the best places I've eaten at in the DMV. I got the chicken and waffle. The chicken was seasoned so well. The breading was flavored to perfection. The waffle was light and airy, but wasn't soggy. It had an outside crunch to it. The syrup and honey butter were *chef's kiss. Not too sweet, but just right. An amazing lunch spot! The food is everything I hoped it would be; the chicken combo was not overly heavy or crispy and had a strong, unique honey flavor, the hot honey sandwich was very crispy in the best way and was packed with a wide range of flavors, and the Mac n cheese was also surprisingly flavorful with many different types of cheese being used. Such a great fried chicken spot! The interior is colorful and cute and doesn't have the most seating but is definitely worth the wait if there is any. The food is ordered via phone and comes out ridiculously fast but incredibly fresh and delicious. Every single item we ordered was full of flavor and clearly thoughtfully put together.
