In the course of one year, she run my credit for couple of times, 6 times including when i bought a new car, my credit score plummited really bad. She is not good in following up with customers, she is not personable and approachable. You have to be nice to her over the phone everytime in order to get good responses from her. She is not patient to talk to at all. She is not good and does not fit to be in loan processing as it entails at lot of patience and communication with customers.
