Isle staff didnt clean our room the whole week we were there. Room service was really inconsistent. There are a lot of hotel casinos to choose from. Choose one other than Isle.

Not worth the price - everything broken The air conditioning did not work in either of the rooms we got. Front desk did not care at all. One of our rooms had no power in half of the room - only the power in the bathroom worked - front desk did not care. Only one elevator was working so when we were ready to go back to our room for the night we had to wait in a giant crowd for almost 30 minutes just to get on a super crazy packed elevator. Isle Casino Stay- Memorial Day weekend. The room was nice but there was absolutely no attention paid to our room after we checked in. A 3 night stay and we had to ask for towels, coffee pods, trash bags, etc. The hotel over all was severely under staffed. The elevators were dirty and the food and service were terrible at the hotel café- Dash.

I wasn't valued as a person. My husband and I arrived and wasn't told about any hotel amenities. We found out about the breakfast voucher on accident. I spoke with the front desk and they was so rude. In our room the headboard wasn't clean we saw fingerprints all over it. Our lap had a short in the cord. I was so disappointed how we was treated.

Don’t plan on booking there ever again Reserve the room for one of my workers he was turned away because he had lost his ID did not even stay there
