No ac AC didn’t work

We do apologize about the Air Conditioning, we are aware that AC is not available year round and we always try and provide it as soon as the Winter Storms become less common. We arrived to our room and it was filthy. The sheets were tossed in a bundle totally unmaid, garbage everywhere, used towels. it was clearly not up-kept between the last group within the room: very disappointed

Room was clean. Internet was bad would go out every 30 minutes while trying to work. Ice machines were not working on our floor. Fridge in room fan was noisy couldn’t fix.

There was a stain on the sheets.. also when i got to the hotel there were extra fees to pay
