Good Coffee pot in room did not work. Asked for another one and it didn't work. So getting up and walking to Casino just to get a coffee. Lady wasn't helpful at desk. Said you can wait till star bucks opens or walk to casino. Also said she couldn't replace it till housekeeping came in 2 hours later. Coffee in thr mornings starts my day. We had a great stay.would definitely stay again. Loved the room and cleanliness. Liked having an assistant for questions concerns etc.

2 nights in Blackhawk That you can't get any breakfast till 9 am Just about everything

Good gambling trip with great room. The thermostat read that it was set for 65 degrees but it was hot in the room. Luckily we could open the windows and experience the fresh cool night mountain air. The casino. Machines were good and you could find a few with minimum under 75 cents. We had a Jr suite and it was very spacious. Nice view of mountains.

Good There were areas of the casino floor that were uncomfortably warm. I hope there's a way to adjust that. The casino was great.

Good no AC in room was a big down fall The rooms are very nice and clean. The location was awsome wish Valet was open more often.
