Great place to stay if you do not need internet connection. Internet connection is terribly poor. the only corner we can get WIFI signal is in our bathroom which is adjacent to the hallway. We talked to the front desk, and were promised to have the maintenance looking into the issue, but I am not sure if anything has been done, if so, no communication was made to us and the fix does not work. We rely on internet for trip planning and booking events….standing in the bathroom for hours was not fun. Clean, spacious
Very Good Prices for snacks at the small snack bar were a little high for what you got. Restaurants close kind of early. Nice quite room. Casino was nice and clean

Nice place to stay in Black Hawk with food and gambling available. Upon checking in they said I hadn’t chosen a pet room (on booking, I only search for pet friendly and there isn’t a place to check I have a pet) and a man came out and didn’t acknowledge me, talking like I was not standing there. I did not have my dog with me at the moment but he said, “put it in this room”. We travel in a class A RV and were told there was parking for it when I called. Good and convenient hotel In the 3 nights we stayed, our room was never cleaned, and the bottled water never refilled (which they say is included in the $16/day resort fee) Very nice hotel, easy drive from Denver if you don’t mind that it takes about 40 minutes. Puts you in close proximity to the mountains, golden gate state park, Idaho Springs, etc. The free on-site parking was easy to find and always had available spots even during busier times. The wifi worked well, good enough to handle work video calls.
