We decided spur of the moment to go to Central City/Blackhawk. We were on our way home from a wedding. The hotel was Low water pressure in the shower. That might be a Colorado thing. The hotel we stayed in the night before had low water pressure too. It was very clean and well kept.

Nice place to visit. Had a good and fun time. We unfortunately forgot 2 jackets hanging up in the closet. We checked out 8ish a.m. on July 2nd. We phoned at approx. 5 pm the same day. We talked to different people. Someone went up to the room and checked. The jackets were still there. I gave credit card info to Karina so the jackets could be sent. We enjoyed the Horshoe overall and we would more than likely stay again. Having to pay extra for using the ticket machine to cash in tickets was ridiculous, Pricey food & not a lot of food options, waitress were for the most part rude, no free options for snacks or breakfast not even bagels. Should have bonuses are more for people who are staying at the hotel. No microwaves in rooms to warm up leftovers Nice location, big and spacious, lots of slot machines, tables, hotel was a good price, and had plenty of slot options for ... read more

Good time! No breakfast included with the room. Restaurant in casino area... Convenient to indoor garage parking... and good card operated elevators.
