It was very nice inside, updated rooms. The air conditioner/heater wouldn’t go below 65 F and even in almost winter it was still too warm in the bedroom

Unfortunately, there are time when our AC system is shut down during the winter and early spring due to the very low overnight temperatures that we experience in the mountains. Checking in, Rebecca was very nice and very helpful. She even took the time to show me how to use the elevator, and show me how to get back to my car. Above and beyond customer service. I only stayed the one night. As a lot of others said, it was very hot in the room, but I opened the window, and that was comfortable.
