The casino is adequate. Lots of weird rules. In blackjack splits are treated like double downs, only one more card. In Poker tournaments one must bet if one has the nuts on the river. They claim the rule exists to prevent collusion but it sounds silly to me.
Waited in a line of over 15 people on a Thursday night to check in! One person behind the counter, everyone in line was complaining. It's a shame they don't have enough staff during check in times! Called about midnight to see if they had complimentary waters. Rude guy on the phone said they only have that dieing the day but that I could come to the counter and pay 2.99 for a small bottle! No thanks, I'll stick with River City Casino from now on! Ridiculous

I went to "The Wok" to order some food, now I love the fortune cookies bowl, thanks, but as I was about to order, I saw that a cook n the back was grabbing the chicken without wearing gloves! That's a no-no considering the fact that people don't wash their hands. Smh. I'll never order there now. Shoot! I was looking forward to trying their food out.���

After spending the evening at six flags my 10 year old granddaughter wanted pizza. We went to Sucre at 9pm to see if they had pizza. Employee told us they would have it at 10:30pm. So we went back up to our hotel room and waited. We returned back to Sucre at 10:30 to find a sign saying they closed at 10:15 and would reopen at 3:30am. Room wasn’t ready so we went to eat came back later still not ready so gave us another without river view we ask for. Not one bit of information in room on where you can eat breakfast or any information what so ever. No information channel on TV. Tub has stained bottom and needed to be bleached. No stocked refrigerator. Management need to send people to see for there own eyes why this hotel is not getting great reviews.
You have to pay for every drink that you get while you are there. I’ve never had to pay for a drink while I’m playing at a casino.
