It seems everyone in upper management, including GM Brian Marsh, do not want contact with the public, there are no email contacts, no list of staff responsible for operations 《or lack thereof》, and if you try to reach any of them by phone you get voicemail and NO callback. Presumably this is because all they get are complaints. The buffet, for instance, is a joke. Long lines, long wait for a table, even while literally half the tables are open, or dirty. Hotel looked nice in pics - but was NASTY. Carpets in the room were matted down and disgusting, musty smelling shower curtain was overwhelming, pretty much everywhere you turned in the hotel you're confronted with something gross. Casino was just sad. All the bars and restaurants were closed except the walk up bar in the gaming area and a sandwich kiosk. Stayed on 7/25/17 and do not recommend it.
We drove 6.5 hours and were told our room would be reserved if we arrived after 8pm by booking through their website and putting a note stating that. They had issues running our credit card, never called or emailed and when we arrived around 11pm, they had given our room away. The customer service is terrible. We had to try to find a room somewhere else, which was challenging. I'm incredibly disappointed and will be calling their corporate offices to complain.
Not 4 star quality, but still enjoyed my stay overall bc my girlfriend and I are relatively low maintenance. Here are my honest complaints that would have made the experience much better. *Tv would constantly flicker while on, making it annoying to ever turn it on. *Cable service would go in and out constantly *Wifi did not work, connected but internet would not work * Pool was dirty, too many kids running around at late night hours *Door would not latch properly. Lost my damn money there, but it's a really nice place if lady luck is with you.
The Air hardly cooled the room ... Won't never stay there again!! Waist of money!! They charge $149 but it's not worth it !! Tv didn't work right!! And looked like someone had laid in the bed before we got there in room .. Then there was either blood in the room or something else but wasn't going to find out .... Beds was hard !! And there was a cigarette in the ashtray when we walked in...
Disgusting!!! The beds had hair all in them, all in the pillow cases. Sheets all crumbled. 2 Day stay and did not feel comfortable in their beds. I complained and they offer me sheets to make up the bed, ended up doing nothing. On my 2nd day, I asked stopped by the front desk and asked them to put clean sheets on the bed. These lazy low quality folks made up the same nasty bed. Every inch I pulled back of the sheet had more hair, pubic looking hair. And they didnt care and did not do anything about it.
