To be honest it should be motel lumiere b not hotel, and if you're a gambler no some of the worst hotel policies I wouldn't recommend lumiere you'd do better at the competition Ameristar, Hollywood, or River city...
Ate at The Kitchen Buffet restaurant in this casino. Without a doubt it was the worst casino Buffet I ever encountered and perhaps the worst buffet in general.
it smells bad with the smoking. Also the machines dont like taking the card � they get jammed alot.
I would like to say that I am extremely disappointed in the management at Ozzie’s Sports Bar & Grill inside of Lumiere. Specifically for making the choice to be extremely understaffed before the Guns N‘ Roses concert, which was held right across the street. There was also a Cardinals game happening that evening, so the traffic through Lumiere was probably quadruple of what it would be on a normal Thursday. We stayed overnight and the toilet seat was broken sink plug up stopper didn't work. A little over priced
We arrived at 4:50 PM, our room was not ready . Check in time is 4:00. We finally got room at 5:40, and concert started at 6:00- so we were late for that. Wifi did not work . Trash cans were not emptied - we did not have any soap! ! All we got from manager was " we are sorry - it's too many ppl for this old hotel to handle ! " Really?!
