OK Hotel with extra fees... The room was good for NYC standards. Read the fine print... you're going to pay additional fees at check in. Even after giving them your arm and leg. Also, don't have the hotel book a taxi for you... you're going to get overcharged again.
I was required to move rooms and they didn't inform me till I got to my room and it was locked with all my belongings in there. They said I didnt have a number on file but they called once my room was ready. I was without heater for the stay which is why I was moved to begin with the second room the heat kept kicking off, was told I would be given my house fee back never received it. Never got any perks for 'VIP'.
Had bugs in room and when I complained to smd woudkve extends to switched another room. The manage was very rude
We have stayed here many times, but this will be our last time. The front desk help is terrible. One person at the desk to take care of the entire hotel. Call down to ask a question and sit on hold for 30 mins. The air quality was awful, our ac was set to 65 the entire time and the heat kept kicking on.
