Nice and convenient hotel, it's close to almost everything and easy to find. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the suite in the corner is the best, it have a amazing view. The hotel staff are amazing specially Ingrid which was very kind and friendly overall helpful, definitely will stay here again.
My go-to hotel in NYC This was my second stay at the 48Lex, and, despite the unfathomable numerosity of options in NYC, I found that this is one of the few based in Manhattan that offers both complementary breakfast AND a gym. The Hotel 48Lex, especially Jinade at the front desk, took every conceivable step to enhance the level of service and comfort. My most recent stay solidified the Hotel 48Lex as my go-to hotel in the city.
Super dejlig atmosfære Super dejligt hotel med dejlig atmosfære. Meget smilende og meget serviceminded personale. God beliggenhed - roligt og alligevel super centralt - og tæt på subway. Hyggelig lounge med fri vin hver aften mellem 17 og 18. Vi bor her gerne igen.
Beautiful views We stayed here for a night away, just me and my husband. We overall really loved the hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming and warm each time we entered the hotel; however upon leaving the hotel it took nearly an hour and a half for our valeted car to be delivered to us although we were told we only needed to request pick-up of our car 30 minutes ahead of time. They upgraded our room from the premier king to a premier corner suite which was great and the views were spectacular but this room had a queen b... read more

マンハッタン中心にあり、地下鉄なども近く便利。歩いて中心部観光地へアクセス可能。 チェックイン時に男性スタッフの方が、英語が苦手な様子を見てゆっくり話をして頂き助かりました。また、2階ラウンジスタッフの方々も、朝食時にいつも声をかけてくださり対応が良かったです。チェックアウトの時は上手く言葉が伝わらずスタッフの方に迷惑をかけてしまいました。 バスタブがないのは日本人として寂しいですが、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出て快適です。 リネン室が近くにあり、人の出入りが常にあるようでしたが、特に気になりませんでした。
Not everything I expected Beautiful hotel and very accommodating but the room is not what we asked for, but they compensated for that. The friendliest staff i’ve ever met! Near many exciting NY attractions!
