The heater in my room didn't work very well. I do not recommend the restaurant in the hotel, because you would waste your money and get some bad experiences.
No air The hotel is nice with a strange system of breakfast also the air conditioning needs to changeB the room was really HOT!!!! Also the shower is not so string! No pressure at atr!
This was listed as a four-star hotel which is definitely wasn't. The room was dingy with visible stains, damaged furniture, etc. The "included breakfast" came 15 minutes late and consisted of a soggy breakfast sandwich and terrible coffee. There was supposed to be room service (which there wasn't) and a $30 food/beverage credit (which there also wasn't).
VERY DISAPPOINTING. I STAYED IN THE EXECUTIVE ROOM WHICH WAS SUPER TINY, I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT THE REGULAR ROOM LOOKS LIKE. THE ROOM WAS RESERVED FOR TWO AND UPON WALKING IN ONLY ONE BOTTLE OF WATER, ONE BATHROBE, AND NO SLIPPERS AT ALL. MINI BAR WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. THE BED AND PILLOWS ARE VERY UNCOMFTERBLE. I WILL NOT AND STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.

My first impression when we entered the lobby is that it's dark and uninviting. Our room was not ready when we checked in around 11:30 a.m. Rep at front desk pre-checked us in and registered our arrival. She said that they will call us when room is ready. No one called us evwn by checkin time at 4pm. STRIKE 1. We went back to hotel around 8 pm. they could not find my name at reservation at first, but they eventually did. STRIKE 2.
