Had to wait 10 minutes for clerk to appear to check in and did not see clerk after that. Sliding bathroom door had a permanent stop built in keeping it open a half inch. Black carpet and black lamp shades minimal lights. Shabby furniture horrible built inside no full length mirror AWFUL coffee in room and lounge
The experience I’ve had with this hotel is something out of a nightmare. Within 5 minutes of checking in I broke my nail in the fridge door because of how they placed the fridge in the built in. When trying to open the refrigerator door it hits the outer shelving surrounding it. It was the night before my wedding and I had to ask my hairdresser to bring crazy glue to fix it the next morning. The hotel rooms were nice but front desk and staff service was really lacking. I also received a large charge on my CC after checking out and couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel to find out the reason.
Horrível Após 2 tentativas de check in desiste e cancelei a reserva na recepção. Primeiro quarto 901 não estava arrumado e limpo. Na segunda tentativa a televisão não funcionava nem a água quente do chuveiro. Nunca havia passado por essa experiência em um hotel na minha vida
Parking was not on site.It said it had parking. There was no valet. Garage is about 0.5 mile away. Floor in room was very sticky and room was dirty. Very disappointed.
This hotel falsely advertised their rooms. Scam. Booked an executive room but was given the most basic room as they were “completely out of rooms” on a Sunday night. Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and helpless. She said I have to sleep in the basic room as there are 0 other rooms available. Looking for a manager to speak with, hoping to get this situation rectified.
Staff was loud during the day when we were trying to rest/sleep.
