I walked into the room I was in and as I set down my bag on the desk, a bunch of dust flew up. I took a paper towel to wipe the desk and it was black with dust. The room had a weird smell. With all the extra charges I would expect the room to be nicer but it was not worth the price.
Would Never Rate This Property 4 Star 4 Star Hotel??? Only 1 of 2 very slow and noisy elevators working. Housekeeping linen and garbage bags in hallway through out the day/evening. Air conditioning system noisy. Furniture & fixtures showing wear and tear. Lukewarm (at best) water in shower (much warmer in sink basin). Shower leaking out onto floor and into hallway.
Grossly misleading. Said breakfast was included in the amenities. But, they said it was per room NOT per person. There was my wife and me. They gave a $25 credit but the total cost of each breakfast was plus tax and 20% gratuity. I feel cheated!!
Three interactions with front desk staff - and all of them were met with high handedness, and were not helpful.. bordering rude. NOT sure why they charge resort fee of 60 USD! Somebody need to complain about this practice among hoteliers! Room was ok! All I did was get in at 10 pm, take a shower, sleep and leave at 5 am. I didn’t see the reason why this property should be 4 star!!
Switch and bait-style business, borderline scammers. Do not give them your business. We booked a room for $490/night, ended up paying $2700 for 4 nights!!!. Charged me $200 for *Mandatory Fees* and another $200 for *House Privileges' FEE* We chose breakfast included but what these slimy guys do is still charge you alacarte for breakfast and credit you $25/day, when your bill is like $40-$50. They even had the audacity to charge me $50 bucks for checking out 30 mins late. Its a joke, avoid this place.
