Reception was very warm and helpful but housekeeping services were pathetic. The room was never cleaned well , carpet was not vacuumed cleansed as there were still papers and dirt left behind the day before, toiletries and drinking water were never refilled and it took several calls before our requests were met. However on our last three days ,things took to a standstill when they only change sheets and towels only. Our room was duty as a result and even toilet papers were running out.
