The place is too overpriced and the staff couldnt provide a proper receipt. It is annoyimg for me to go over all the numbers and make sure that the price they charged is actually correct
Beware: 48Lex Oversold Policy Beware: this hotel has an “oversold policy.” Even with a confirmed, non-refundable and paid in advance reservation, upon checking in they informed me it was oversold and made me go to the Union Square Hyatt. They clearly don’t put their guests first and it was a massive inconvenience.
They charge customers for hygiene products in their bathrooms! That’s very embarrassing for 4 star hotels! That cost should be upfront when booking!
NOT as nice as the pictures. You're better booking some cheaper.
Shower was leaking everywhere every time we used it. Big flaw. Easily could have gotten injured. Cause the water covered half the bathroom. The floor mat was beyond soaked and prevented nothing.
The lobby was under construction the entire stay Feb 8-Feb11. This took away from the experience and we should have been notified beforehand before making a reservation. I wouldn’t have reserved had I known this.
