Not as good as the pics The hotel is just not worth the near $800 it cost for two nights after having to pay $137 resort or whatever bogus add on fee. Little things like trash cans in room are banged up. Room feels more like everyday 3 star hotel you can get for $250 or less per night. I understand its NY and with that high volume guests but the price is way too aggressive relative to the quality of the room.
Rude staff, 1 hr to get someone to answer room service.
Overpriced hotel with operational staff that do not care about any complaint. My stay extended for 6 days at the hotel and I experienced careless attitude from missing items such water, coffee, cleaning service. I tried to call front desk but was unsuccessful and the manager reply was rude stupid to the point that he was busy and did not care.
I booked a room with double beds but for a room with only a single queen bed.
Small bedside lights and mini bar are nice, bathroom is nicely designed
