Room service is bad and watch for hidden charges Aside from a nice view and a nicely decorated room my stay here was not what I expected. I had to wait an extremely long time for anything requested and twice when ordering food to the room the meal was cold and they didn't bring me everything I asked for. Nice trick to charge for breakfast and then to "forget serving it" because the reception desk lost the order (while the food and beverages claimed they had received the order but forgot it). .
Not worth the money and overcharged me! Check-in receptionist was uninterested, room was ok, bed clean but furniture needs updating, it’s all old and tired looking. Bathroom floor was dirty with hairs on it, Gym had no water or towels. Strength room had no air con. Breakfast finishes at 9am sharp so if you are there at 9.01 forget it. Not Happy with my Stay! Front desk staff wasn’t pleasant or helpful. Room was not as updated as I expected. There was a hiding charge for everything. For what I paid, I wasn’t satisfied at all! Too bad I don’t speak to my enemies because that is only who I would recommend this hotel too. Location was great......THAT’S IT!!!!!!
Ancak bu kadar kotu olablir 4,5 yıldızına guvenerek yaptığım bir rezervasyondu. Bence otel 1 yıldız dahi etmez. O kadar eski ki odadaki giysi dolabının kapağı dahi açılmıyor. Gider ve lağım kokusundan odada vakit geçirmek mümkün değil. Hiç ışık almıyor.
