Waited an hour for our car after checkout , parking fee was waved. Also when booking selected tub as option but no tub in the room
Les falta personal, area del desayuno un caos, no hubo pan varios días, el lobby siempre sucio, falló la caja de seguridad, la verdad por el precio te puedes ir a algo mucho mejor.
Déjeuner vraiment pas bon , aucun aliment pour soutenir le corps , frais caché de 60$ surprise , je n’y retournerai plus jamais
NÃO RECOMENDO O Hotel, apesar de parcialmente bem localizado, não é o que promete. Limpeza razoável, serviço de café da manhã horrivel, principalmente nos dias de feriado (onde faltou até comida para todos os hóspedes - houve reclamação geral). Aparenta ser uma coisa, mas é outra bem pior. Falta gerência e organização no hotel. NÃO COMPENSA PELO PREÇO QUE FOI PAGO. Numa proxima vez, escolherei outro hotel ou retornarei aos em que já estive e foram muito superiores a este. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Tuvimos que hacer una fianza de 1.050€ sin previo aviso y también nos cargaron gastos por consumición en mini-bar que no hicimos. No lo recomiendo.
Total lack of education and hospitality Awful service. The workers there are obviously struggling and are very frustrated. They behave unprofessionally and very uneducated. I had asked them to accommodate a special reception for my wife and I who were celebrating a birthday. Even though I asked two months ahead of time they had nothing ready and I had to ask them again just receive a fruit plate that was foiled. No class at all.
Ikke pengene værd... Skal se pænt og smart ud på overfladen, men kan ikke leve op til det... Morgenmaden var elendig, manglede tit både mad og siddepladser !! Beliggenheden var super, værelserne fine. Serviceniveau og komfort halter noget, når man tager prisen i betragtning.

The check in took forever. The room had floor level windows that won’t lock on the 20th floor and we have a 1 year old
