Perfektes Hotel - bei der Ankunft könnten wir ein Zimmer uns auswählen, wobei uns Thomas uns sehr gut beraten hat - Zimmer ausgesprochen sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen sauber - sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal - mitten in Manhattan und alles zu erreichen
Tout était parfait. La chambre était propre, le lit très confortable et c’est un hôtel très bien situé. Nous sommes arrivé vers 2h pm et la chambre était déjà prète, nous svons donc pu commencer à explorer plus tôt que prévu. À pied, nous étions à environ 12 minutes de Time Square et à 10 minutes de Grand central terminal, ou de Central Park, ce qui nous convenait très bien. Hotel muy bien situado y comunicado. Funcional y muy limpio. El unico pero el desayuno que era poco variado y en ocasiones escaso
Hotel bello in posizione buona e abbastanza centrale , personale alcuni molto cortesi altri un po' meno, condizioni non chiare una mattina abbiamo saltato la colazione le condizioni dicevano fino alle 10 alle 9,15 era chiuso poi la ragazza gentile ci ha comunque dato un caffe' ed un succo....pero' sembrava sempre di chiedere un favore quando invece la colazione si paga 60 dollari a stanza(piu' tasse ovviamente) per ogni notte.... venduta come colazione gratuita e poi mascherata da tariffa resort ...l'acqua in stanza c'era il... read more
Great view from the room and the staff was courteous and helpful
Great expectations....however not worth price paid Staff extremely friendly and helpful however was expecting more of a 4 star hotel in terms of amenities. There was no bellman at the front to help with bags. The front desk staff had to be volunteering to help so for us with 6 bags that was interesting to say in the least. Complimentary breakfast was minimal and can definitely be improved. I have gotten better at 2 and 3 star rated places. Note - they will add 60usd to the bill Great hotel but dissapointed that they added 60USD per night on the bill for services one would expect is included in the price. Would at least have expected to get this info upfront and not after checking the bill at check out.
