Nice small hotel, but needs some renovations I’ve stayed at this hotel previously. I love that it’s not in the middle of times quart but close enough to walk everywhere. I also love that it is a small hotel. However, it seems like it’s time for some renovations— the furniture is showing signs of wear, the curtain track was displaced from the ceiling, and the tile work in the shower needs to be redone. I did enjoy my stay and will probably stay here again.
Very nice, comfortable hotel on the East side. Exceptional, warm professional check-in experience with Janeay, who went above and beyond to welcome us. She really started off our visit on a positive note.

Can't give 5 Stars because of one important item! This hotel is excellent. Fantastic location, friendly staff, top notch facility and cleanliness. I would ordinarily give it 5 stars, except for one important item. The hotel charges an additional, mandatory US$60/night per room fee. While they do disclose it on Expedia, it is not included in the regular room fee. So when you do an Expedia search for Manhattan hotels, this one appears in a lower price category than it actually should be, with the total charges. You may very we... read more
A Fantastic Choice We absolutely loved our stay here from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and caring, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was beautiful and modern, very clean and while we didn't partake in anything from the mini bar, we thought their prices were very reasonable and the choices were excellent!
