una experiencia agridulce el diseño del hotel es espectacular sin embargo las instalaciones están viejas y se ve sucio la zona del desayuno es muy incómoda
THIS WAS A VERY NICE BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN THE MIDTOWN EAST AREA CLOSE TO ALL POINTS OF INTEREST AND SUBWAYS/BUS CONNECTIONS. I REALLY LIKED THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST THAT WAS MORE THAN THE USUAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST OF A CROISSANT AND BAD COFFEE. THEY WERE VERY NICE STAFF AND THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN. ONE SET BACK, MY SAFE DID NOT WORK EVEN AFTER IT HAD BEEN SERVICED IT FAILED TO WORK THE NEXT DAY. BUT IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL AS I WASN'T TRAVELING WITH THE CROWN JEWELS LOL. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.
design hotel in central Manhattan, Great location, snappy furnishing, large room windows offered wonderful views, The street-and adjacent building light poured in even with the curtains drawn - almost impossible to sleep at night. Very friendly - although forgetful staff . Had to ask 3 times for a blanket and we received no wake up call as requested. Lobby needs a bit more pizzazz, it is more of a hallway to the elevators. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour and the breakfast was good.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr guten Lage. Das Zimmer war top und auch die Sauberkeit war zufriedenstimmend. Abzug gibt es beim Frühstück. Wenig Auswahl bezüglich Buffet und lange Wartezeiten, bis Nachschub kommt. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert
Cons: Only 2 elevators servicing 20 plus floors. Every time you needed to leave your room, you had to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator. No ice machine. They have to bring it to you and that took a while. Waking up I always had a tough time getting up with the comfort of the bed and pillow. The breakfast was light snacks, but hey never had enough silverware, plates or food. You had to wait for everything to come out. It seemed as if there wasn't enough staff each day we stayed there. OK voor kort weekendje NYC Excellente locatie! Ontbijt valt tegen: heel minimalistisch, weinig zitplaatsen. Service aan de balie was OK maar in de bar/ontbijt niet echt vriendelijk.
