Old hotel, but views makes up for everything!!! One stop shop, Didn’t have to leave property for anything. Nightly entertainment and great restaurants.

Average Got one of the cheaper rooms. It was outdated and small. But it was still cool to stay in a historical hotel. Not worth staying at unless you splurge for a nicer room

Very nice. Drink prices are ridiculously overpriced. We loved our room; even though it overlooked construction, we could not hear it with the door closed.
I love Coronado!! The Del is so beautiful and historical! The wooden seats on the beach are perfect for relaxing! The location is the best!! It does need some room updates, but overall we loved our short vacation!

The historic Del is dead. Since Hilton has taken over the Del it has become a trap to nickel and dime you. The historic Del has been "renovated" and replaced with modern changes that have removed all (save the roof) of the historic aspects of this classic hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is still great but you might as well stay at a much less expensive hotel nearby and will likely get better service for a fraction of the cost.
