Beautiful property with terrible service. The property is absolutely stunning. It is in much better shape than it used to be years ago when we last went. The customer service here however is horrendous. No one answers the phones. We called every hour on the hour of the day we checked in and could not get someone on the phone not once. We had to walk up to the front desk for assistance. Truly took our breath away. Incredibly beautiful. We knew there was construction before our trip so we anticipated closures and loud noises. The staff was lovely and I loved the walk into town and to the beach. Truly a perfect vacation.

Loved it It was wonderful we stayed to in one of the cabanas with terrace and firepit, we were celebrating my birthday and everyone loved the room, no one wanted to leave. I will be staying again.

Over-priced, but a little bit of heaven Fabulous rooms, and even more fabulous views! Service was great! Restaurants were quality, delicious meals, but very over-priced. Hotel is top notch, but like the restaurants, extremely pricey,. I was lucky enough to have a free night that I was able to apply to the room, making the night there more affordable.
