Fun property and location, just a bit run down and was under construction during out stay. Beach is amazing!

We had such a lovely time celebrating our 15th anniversary at the Hotel Del! The only disappointment was that Sundaes was closed for renovation, and this did not appear to be obvious on their website when I was looking at places that my kids would really enjoy there. There were several areas under renovation, but it is understandable due to COVID. The sunset deck was open, which was really all we needed for relaxing with a cocktail watching the ocean. Our room was very roomy with a large balcony overlooking the beach. Hotel very classic elegance. Nice, large pool. Didn’t care for the food options on site but there were lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Only 10-minute drive from zoo. Would stay again.
Everything 😄😄 A well oiled machine. We enjoyed every minute.
