Beautiful spot but inadequate customer service
The location, cleanliness, room quality, and overall experience were exceptional. The cabana rooms do need an ice machine in that section of rooms.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel! We did have an issue with our a/c leaking, but they came and fixed it right away and offered us a resort credit for the inconvenience! I also wasnt aware that so much of the hotel is under construction, which was kind of a bummer since I wanted my husband to see how beautiful the lobby is and all the original charm. Overall though, a wonderful experience!!
Simply Amazing The entire staff was so knowledgeable, customer service was amazing and the experience is one I will never forget. Thank you for making our time there priceless!
I love the del but I’d wait till the construction is over before ever returning. The beach is amazing and the town is quaint but that’s not enough to overcome everything else. The lobby is non existent....almost all the shops at the del are gone for now .....I’m sure once construction is done it’s gonna be amazing but it was a major disappointment now.
Lovely property and staff. Difficult during COVID 19, but did a good job.
