Great location, great views, beauitful property. New cabanas with a fire pit rooms face the construction side. Noisey property for class or work using zoom during the day. The room is noisy at night with sounds of water flowing. Wifi is slow!
Customer Service was not great, I expect a higher standard for a hotel like Del but the overall experience was average at best
il Yeip The hotel is great with an outstanding service; however, the next morning, we woke up at 8am to aloud noise from the ceiling since they were fixing the roof, this was horrible. They were fixing some areas of the roof; however, I don’t understand why that had assigned us that room. I hope this doesn’t happen to other clients.
