The customer service is really lacking. I would expect much more from a hotel like this.
gorgeous hotel resort incredible location Incredible location, beautiful hotel, along with gorgeous newer rooms too, very couple OR family oriented, dog friendly, wonderful walking through town shops and restraints or spend the entire stay at resort. I loved it looking forward to coming back!
Ocean property. Internet service was terrible. They charge for everything even with the resort fee.

Overall Amazing hotel, Terrible mattress & Pillows The hotel and amenities are absolutely amazing. But the mattress we had in our room was terrible. Our bodies sunk into the mold of the mattress. The pillows are filled with just feathers so your head is not elevated at all. You might as well not be using a pillow. My new husband and I wound up sleeping in the floor because the mattress was so bad for our backs.
