This is a Must Stay for couples! My husband and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary here. The charm and romance of this hotel is second to none!
The Del is a San Diego gem. Not only is it historical, but it is constantly trying to reinvent itself with its new trendy hotel rooms and staying on top of safety precautions due to Covid. We felt super safe staying here for my birthday - the room had a sticker on the door proving that we would be the first folks in it since it was sterilized. There were hand sani stations located throughout the grounds as well. A great stay and weekend getaway during Corona!

We loved our stay and the convenience of self parking in the lot. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary there and were greeted in such a way that we felt so special. I loved that I could text bell service for my needs and they responded promptly. The only complaint is that it took one hour to get some champagne glasses. Overall we highly enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful. It was our first time staying on the island. Amenities were great and location was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the room was pretty dated. I understand it’s an older hotel but I think it needs some upgrades.
Amazing Experience Hotel Del is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The view, beach, weather, service and everything was perfect.
