The hotel is very nice and the ocean is just steps away. We arrived right at 4pm which is check in time however our room was not ready. We still had to wait an hour before being able to access our room. The hotel seemed semi clean although I felt the handrails were a little sticky. There is plenty of places on sight for food and drinks.

The hotel is an older hotel so it has a bit of a musty smell and older architecture. The staff are super nice and friendly. The outdoor landscaping and beach proximity is well worth the flaws.

Great location, nice beach, great staff. The hotel wasn't clean.

I was totally surprised by the amount of people that were on the property! Social distancing was definitely not in practice. In our room the bathtub didn't drain properly and the toilet had flushing issues. The Reception Desk was located outside and the line for check in and check out was directly outside our room. We had to pass through a line of people everyday in order to get to the beach and the restaurants. They are going through a renovation and because of the virus several of their amenities are not available.

The location and people were very friendly and accommodating. I thought even the older rooms and hotel could have been updated. New carpet in the halls and rooms would have helped. Thanks
