Carpet was not clean. Unable to eat breakfast or get reservations on the resort Grounds beautiful Service for extra towels etc quick, but took a long time for phone to be answered.

Couple things you should know The location is amazing. But if you don’t care about beach front then just book somewhere else. The rooms aren’t nice for what you pay for the place is under remodeling & construction. So maybe in a couple years once it’s actually finished it might be worth it. Building is from the 1800’s so you hear everything. Also rooms are very cramped. Definitely not the place if you want luxurious rooms .

Great location, uncomfortable bed. I really love the charm of this hotel and it’s location is hard to beat. But, I have never had a worse bed at any hotel. It was so hard it made me sore. Hopefully a new mattress in our room happens with all of the renovation efforts.

Amazing Place with great history. Very much in construction. Wait to go till 2021 when it’s complete with the remodel.
