Get directionsOld but great Amazing location. Hotel is old. Our room (3124) was big as we had a suit, had a lot of water damage and water stains on the drapes. Also 1 of the ceiling fans didn’t work. They are doing a renovation so think it is getting addressed. You are paying for location, not the resort at this time. 2nd time I have stayed here and plan on coming back. Be prepared to spend $40 a day parking, $35 resort fee, and lots a California fees and taxes. Over all great stay
Excellent Love this hotel- even though we did not get to see it in all its Victorian Glory due to major renovations to bring it back to its very original state! We cannot wait. The staff at the front desk AMAZING. We forgot our hanging clothes and security helped up find them quickly! We will be back, it is a favorite!

The location, atmosphere and staff were amazing. The individual room had peeling wall paper, stains on furniture and carpet.

The property was beautiful but the service was pretty horrible. We arrived a little early so we checked-in our luggage and when our room was ready, it never made it to our room, we had to go pick them up. At check-in we were asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned, I said yes to every other day. It wasn't even cleaned once the entire five nights that we were there. Difficult challenges for this typically great hotel location. It is under major construction with limited dining, recreational and resort activities. Call vid 19 and major renovations make this location very difficult at this time.
