they were not able to do the installation but charged me the full quoted price.
BEWARE!!! Overall experience was terrible. For starters when the technician arrived an hour late, his boots were covered in dirt and mud which he tracked all over my house. He stopped working at least twice to go smoke and then asked if he could use the restroom. He then proceeded to take 15 minute DUMP that left a smell words cannot describe.
