Refusal to return purchased vehicle and negoiate On 12/05/2019, we were approved for a loan to purchase a Black, 2018 Nissan Armada from Hudson Nissan. The vehicle was delivered and we drove it home. On December 21, 2019, my wife was informed that we owed an extra $9000.00 on the vehicle. She was told to come in and discuss the matter. Bad overall experience at this Service Dept Ordered wrong tires , still make me wait hours to find out.. broke a tire pressure sensor in the process and didn’t bother to tell me.. bought tires elsewhere and will never go back to this dealership!!! Will drive 2 hours for next servicing to a different dealership
Overbooking accounts and long waits and more Very long waits for service due to overbooking, not performing service that is checked off as complete, poor customer service, no returned calls, management that cannot manage!
Service prices! Their prices are high and the service department. Beware and check out what you are getting for your money! Best to check their prices against other companies! I paid $510 to rotate my tires, I had a complimentary oil change, I had CVT fluid service whatever that is, I had a brake fluid exchange, replaced the cabin filter and the regular filter, for $510! Excruciatingly Long Wait When we decided to purchase the car with cash, we waited roughly 2 1/2 hours to talk with a business person which was unacceptable!
2018 Silverado Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman flat out lied to me. I would not recommend any business at this location. I will not return.

Purchased a 2018 used Chevrolet Silverado Salesman Chris. a piece of trash. Lied to my face. Would not honor what I was told. worst car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership. would not recommend buying a bicycle from these crooks. took them 2 weeks after purchase to install steps and the hitch. never did get the keyless remote that I said I wanted.
Horrible sales tactics I found a car there for my son. Applied for financing online. Got an email that said for me to call them. Called 3x NO ONE CALLED BACK. Told salesman I wanted car but apparently you have to put down 500 to hold, fine. But someone has to call you, think anyone called? NOPE. Have an appt to go after work. As I'm 5 min away the sales man text whoops sorry sold. I was coming to buy the car but I had to work and NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK to put down a deposit. Thanks for ruining my sons 18th birthday.
Unsatisfied Customer I filled out a credit app online for a vehicle several weeks ago for a vehicle I immediately found out had been sold. I was told by Mitch the sales manager that he would instruct Frank the business manager not to run the credit app so it would not impact my credit. I recently called and simply inquired about the new car specials. At no time did I give them permission to run my credit or commit to purchasing a vehicle.
