Slack follow up My salesman was top notch. Buying experience was great. But the next day I made contact on issues that they could easily address and should as I bought a $19k used car. Do not trust them!!! UPDATE: Finally got our car. It is missing the floor mats, the spare key was to a different car, the front camera is broken, and there are still large key marks on both sides. The key and mats were supposably mailed, but it has been 6 days. Worst car buying experience ever! I should have run the minute I saw that the car I drove over 2 hours to purchase had a giant key mark from bumper to bumper that the sales team "didn't notice". Horrible Worst have oil change scheduled and they said it would be 2.5 hours. Previously they stripped my skid plate bolts so I couldn’t go elsewhere. The worst.

Worst Dealer in North Charleston I have done a lot of business with this dealership and have never been disappointed with the sales department, however the service center is another story. The last time I brought my car in, for an error, I was charged for a test that never determined the problem of the car and when they fixed what they “thought” was wrong with it, it created another problem. Not good Not impressed. Serious Integrity Issues. I saw this van online on Car Gurus and reached out. I texted the Salesman and set up a time to come and purchase the van. I brought the cashier's check for the agreed price. I was giving multiple prices at different prices and even signed a document that said (internal use only) and had a different price on the paperwork than my final paperwork. Damaged during routine tire change. My car was worked on by Hudson Nissan in North Charleston South Carolina in October, 2020. The work was to replace the driver’s side rear tire that was damaged by a nail in the side wall. The dealer was informed that I would be moving to Texas, and I needed to insure the car was ready for the long drive. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE By far the worst place to buy a used car! We purchased a truck here one month ago. They claim to do thorough inspections, but there is no way they did. There is a bad oil leak (not covered by the drivetrain warranty we purchased) that is costing us $800 to fix before the warranty company will fix the second oil leak from the oil pan. Used wrong oil in my car I purchased a maintenance plan for oil changes with the Accent I bought from them. They were using the wrong oil the last two times. The oil was all gone from my car and the oil light had come on a few times. I went it and told the CSR about the issue and when they finished, the paperwork still said they used 0/20 instead of 5/30.
